Adapting to the New Normal

Of course, it’s not business as usual but, in these uncertain times, we want to assure you of the continued development of our strong portfolio of products and solutions that will continue to support your businesses. We also want to highlight that we are here if you want to have a discussion about how best to evolve your workplace solutions in the light of all the change around us right now.
“Ascentae has been founded in order to offer new and innovative solutions and new ways of working. The COVID- 19 crisis is unprecedented but now more than ever Ascentae is here to help with tools to support flexible working”

What you can expect from Ascentae:
Our dedicated team:
We at Ascentae, are continuing to work (remotely) during this period and are reachable through our normal streams. If you have a question or wish to discuss this further call: +44 (0) 800 3688074 or email: email@example.com.
We pride ourselves on staying at the front and centre of leading-edge technology. Working constantly to evolve and meet emerging challenges, we remain confident we have the tools to support UK businesses during and after this crisis.
Our popular products during this time are:
Nureva Span Workspace – With everything going on many teams have moved to remote working. The Span Workspace complements UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom to enhance co-creation and collaboration with realtime visual collaboration.
Flabba – As we live through one of the busiest periods in NHS history, it comes as no surprise that healthcare providers are looking for video conferencing solutions that can support the remote world, but this is just 10% of what creates an entire system. With Flabba, hospitals and GP surgeries can use clinicians more effectively with the option for one-way triaged video consultations.
Faster patient care, better use of resources.
What we have learnt so far:
We're at a stage now where most leaders have successfully moved their teams to remote working, and in most cases have become reliant on popular UC platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype to communicate with one another. Yet this is only part of the solution and many dispersed teams are now recognising the limits on engagement where visual and real time collaboration opportunities do not keep pace.
Healthcare workers and the NHS are under immense pressure and are striving to cope with the fast-changing landscape, stretching resources to deal with the challenges of a socially distanced world whilst keeping us safe. Remote consultations, video technology and artificial intelligence have been pushed to the forefront and are fast becoming ‘normal’ options to get care to those that need it most in a timely and effective way.
What you can do:
Our research and product development is ongoing, so stay connected to stay current with what’s available to meet your challenges. Follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter to stay up to date with all the latest news. We will also continue to deliver a bi-weekly updates email, so stay tuned for that.
We are facing a situation that is unlike any other, and it is changing daily. With such uncertainty on what the future will hold, this is the time we all need to step up rather than backward, exploring new options, and developing a workplace infrastructure that’s the best possible to tackle current and future challenges.
Thank you for taking the time to read our message. We would like to further remind you that we are here to help and are more than happy to answer any questions that you might have. To contact us call: +44 (0) 800 3688074 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
