Yet this is only part of the solution and many dispersed teams are now recognising the limits on engagement where visual and real time collaboration opportunities do not keep pace.
Healthcare workers and the NHS are under immense pressure and are striving to cope with the fast-changing landscape, stretching resources to deal with the challenges of a socially distanced world whilst keeping us safe. Remote consultations, video technology and artificial intelligence have been pushed to the forefront and are fast becoming ‘normal’ options to get care to those that need it most in a timely and effective way.
