Specialist Training
An expert installation is fundamental to the user experience, which is why we offer specialist training to our reseller network to ensure the highest standard is achieved for each individual customer. The training we offer varies according to the specific solution and manufacturer, in general, it combines a number of methods, from face-to-face training to remote advice, to extensive online tuition. Where the manufacturer has its own accreditation programme, we will ensure resellers are trained to a level that is certified by the manufacturer.
Seamless Experience
We aim to make every installation seamless – from carrying out an initial installation survey of the environment, through to the quality implementation of the final product. All of our solutions are delivered and installed by trained professionals in close consultation with the reseller and customer. We can also provide a ‘supported installation’ service where a member of the Ascentae team attends the installation alongside the reseller.
