A tailored approach to commissioning.

Our commissioning services start with gaining an understanding of the customer use case and gathering the required information to ensure Mago Room can be configured correctly. Our engineers will attend to configure the solution in line with the customer requirements, perform comprehensive tests before providing end user training of up to 45 minutes.

Please note that this service requires an administrator to be available throughout to supervise system reboots and authorise s/w installs/changes.
REmote commissioning

Remote commissioning.

Our commissioning services start with gaining an understanding of the customer use case and gathering the required information to ensure Mago Room can be configured correctly. For remote configurations, our engineers will securely access the system; configure the solution in line with the customer requirements and perform comprehensive tests.
