Selecting the correct source
To change sources between the 2 PC’s, use the Jupiter remote control, select Sources and choose which input you need.
MTR – HDMI 1
OPS – OPS
For video calls & screen sharing, you should use the MTR.
Microsoft Teams Room – Instructions For Use
The MTR is controlled via the touch panel on the table.
- Invite the room to the meeting.Search for The Evolution Hub MTR in Active Directory or email [email protected]
- Your meeting will appear in the calendar on the touch panel.
- To launch your call, simply hit the ‘Start’ button.
- Whilst in call, you can adjust volume, turn your camera on/off, or mute your microphone through the touch panel.
- You can share data by pressing the ‘Share’ button.Data sharing is via the HDMI cable running from the MTR touch panel.
OPS PC Functions
The built-in OPS system is a fully functional Windows 10 system and so has a number of functions that can be used.
When the system first boots up, it will load a playlist of high definition videos which will run automatically.
You can exist Windows Media Player to access the Windows desktop.
On the Windows desktop you have access to Nialli Planner and Workspace.
You can run Ditto for digital signage and wireless data sharing, but be aware that Ditto will only mirror the resolution of your PC, so it will not fill the 21:9 Jupiter screen.
