There are a growing number of developments to consider during the present time, as the UK continues to ease its lockdown restrictions, allowing facilities to reopen, some of which have been closed since the first lockdown in March 2020.
In order to assist Facility Managers and service providers with the tasks and challenges that are continuing to emerge, PFM partnered with Ascentae, held a webinar featuring discussion by industry experts on the aspects to consider when reopening buildings and estates. The three panelists consisted of Ascentae managing director Jon Knight, Rugby Football Union (RFU) head of venue facilities David Hewins and CBRE GWS business unit director Edward Buttery.
