Flexible meeting space solutions in the hybrid workplace.

Most microphones can provide good pickup from 1-7m but large or XL boardrooms are longer than this. Coverage for the final 3rd of the room is a challenge. Table based technology cannot be used due to furniture being flexible. Ceiling solutions can be expensive, difficult to configure to cover all scenarios and can result in ugly ceiling installations.

Whole room pickup required to capture discussion in the whole room.

Camera angle needs to change based on the position and direction of the active speaker and room layout.

Whiteboard and flipchart locations will vary depending upon scenario.

Whole room microphone pickup with wall mounted technology ensures all configurations are covered for audio with nothing in the ceiling or on the tables.

Option to add voice amplification and presenter prioritisation by simply switching modes.

Cameras in up to 4 positions support different scenarios 1 – captures whole room from front of room with option for active speaker framing 2 and 3 – enables speaker tracking at front of room and/or delegates speaking in the room to be focused on with active speaker audio 4 – additional location for speaker tracking when front of room is in use.

Regardless of location of whiteboards or flipcharts camera and audio covers the position and cameras can automatically switch. Option to add live capture of whiteboards through video call to remote participants.

Option to add dedicated multi-platform room device (Mago Room) or BYOD/BYOM solution (Evoko Delo).
