In case of diagnosed hardware failure, Ascentae will provide an advance replacement and arrange collection of the faulty component. An Ascentae engineer will visit site to perform the swap over and recommissioning of the replacement product.

Ascentae Silver Support is designed for partners who want to keep their customers up and running and have their own engineers to perform hardware swap outs.

Jupiter ultra-wide screens are awesome. But they are also large and challenging to handle. So if a unit fails, the standard manufacturer warranty means that not only do you need to dismount it from the wall and mount a replacement, but you also need to pay for the (expensive) shipping of the unit. So Ascentae have designed our exclusive Gold Plus Support for Jupiter Screens.
If a unit fails, then we will send a team of engineers to assess the fault. If it cannot be remedied, then they will swap over the screen there and then – and take the faulty unit away. No fuss, no expensive shipping costs. Just a quick and stress-free experience.
